Stay Compliant: Make sure you have enough funds in your account to call each month
If paying by mail, we recommend posting your payments by the 25th of the month to allow time to receive, process and post to your account by the last day of the month. This ensures that you can successfully report through the telephone reporting system the following month.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, Direct Express cards, money orders, and cashier's checks
Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) and debit cards (with the Visa or MasterCard logo) or Direct Express (Federal Benefits Program) are accepted for payments made online (at this site) or over the phone (1-866-357- 7225)
Money orders and cashier's checks are the only forms of payment accepted for payments by mail. Other forms of payment will not be accepted and will be refunded to you.
Doing so will delay the processing of your payment and may result in a late payment.

Payments can only be credited to one Telephone Reporting System account, so you must make a separate payment for each person using the Telephone Reporting System. If paying by mail, you must use a separate money order and envelope for each payment (you cannot pay more than one person with one payment).
Please keep your receipt in case there are any problems with the delivery and processing of your payment.
Pay by mail: Enter phone system PIN and date of birth
If you are paying by mail, it is important that you write your phone notification system PIN and your date of birth on your payment AND payment receipt to ensure your account is billed correctly. If you do not know the Phone Reporting System PIN, contact your probation officer.
Proper completion of your payment and receipt of payment will ensure your payment is processed in a timely manner. Failure to follow proper payment procedures will result in delays in processing your payment, which may result in you not having sufficient funds in your account to call in a timely manner.
When completing your payment, be sure to PRINT CLEARLY your name, address, phone notification system PIN and date of birth
Also, be sure to separate the customer receipt from the money order and keep it for your records.
Pay by mail: Send payments only via the phone reporting system
Do not send anything other than your payment through the Yolo County Probation Service Telephone Reporting System. All other items must be sent directly to your probation officer or the appropriate agency. If you are unsure of the correct location, contact your probation officer. Some examples of items that should NOT be sent to the San Joaquin County Telephone Reporting System processing address:
DO NOT SEND money. DO NOT SEND PERSONAL CHECKS
DO NOT send company checks
DO NOT pay online through your bank's website
DO NOT SEND payslips for proof of employment
DO NOT SEND payments for reparations, court fees or other obligations

Pay by mail: bank transfer envelopes
Pre-printed transfer envelopes are provided free of charge for your payments. If you don't have envelopes, you can ask your probation officer for more or pick them up at any parole and parole office.
The lack of a pre-printed envelope is no excuse for not submitting your payment on time.
If you don't have one of the pre-printed envelopes, you can send your payment in a regular envelope to the Telephone Service System's Payment Center at:

What if my Telephone Reporting System payment has not been credited to my account?
There are several explanations as to why your payment has not yet been posted to your account:
Did you allow enough time to process the payment?
Please allow at least 5 business days from the day you sent your payment. If your payment is not posted, wait three days and call back. If your payment hasn't posted yet, there could be other issues.
Did you follow the proper payment procedure?
If you did not provide the correct Phone Reporting PIN and date of birth on your payment and payment receipt, payment processing may have been delayed.
Do you PRINT all information clearly?
We do our best to read what you write, but we need your help. CLEAR PRINTING of all information helps us process your payments in a timely manner.
What if you did everything right?
In some cases, payment processing errors may occur. If you believe this to be the case, call the support hotline and be ready to provide the following information (you must wait AT LEAST 2 WEEKS before contacting support about a possible issue with a payment
Date you sent payment or online payment confirmation number
exact payment type
payment amount
Payment serial number
If the issue cannot be resolved with this information, you must have the entity that issued the payment order track and verify that the payment was honored.
- If redeemed, you will need information from the back of the money order. This information is the bank's internal tracking number and is intended to allow us to locate the payment and credit it to your account.
- If the payment has not been redeemed, you can request a refund from the issuing entity. Note: There are often time limits on how quickly the agency can issue a refund. For example, the USPS will not issue a refund until 60 days have passed from the date the money order was originally purchased.
refunds
If you believe you are entitled to a refund on your Telephone Reporting System account, or if you believe your payment was incorrectly credited (wrong amount, to a different account), you must submit a refund request AND an envelope to mail the PAYMENT address for the Telephone Reporting program. We will check your account balance from the date the request is posted. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund to arrive.
